👋 I’m Rima!

I’m a Design Researcher & Strategist and I innovate through empathy. Since 2018, I’ve been translating behavioral insights into impactful product strategy across a variety of problem spaces, including public health, pharma, social justice, and tech.

I grew passionate about design research while earning my Masters in Public Health (MPH), where I worked on solving problems that would improve access to better healthcare. I have an immense passion for creating products, experiences, and services to improve overall quality of life. Currently, I am at Quest Diagnostics as their only UX Researcher leading the launch of their enterprise hospital product.

I also get really psyched about painting, working out, cooking, and dancing. Most of the time though, I’m probably just rewatching Parks and Recreation or New Girl for the billionth time (I am who I am…).
